雙颱天鵝 閃電生成 天鵝下週二接近台灣

根據中央氣象局觀測，日前在關島東方的海面上兩個熱帶性低氣壓，已經在今天凌晨2點增強為輕度颱風，分別是第15號與第16號颱風天鵝及閃電，研判天鵝可能在下周二接近台灣。

中央氣象局預報員徐仲毅說「原來位於關島東方的兩個熱帶性低氣壓，在今天清晨兩點發展為今年的第15號，跟第16號颱風，中文的譯名分別是天鵝跟閃電，目前的強度都是輕度颱風，跟我們相距3000公里跟4300公里，短期內對台灣天氣是暫時沒有影響，不過預期第15號颱風天鵝會博客來比較接近台灣，但是會有多靠近，跟他對我們的影響度，都還要再觀察。」

中央氣象局表示，天鵝颱風會不會侵襲台灣，還要再觀察未來路徑變化，下週二會較明朗。目前天鵝強度持續增強中，可能會變中度颱風，每小時9公里速度，向西北行進。另一個颱風閃電，因距離台灣超過4000公里，移動緩慢，氣象局還無法判斷後續走向。
